SELF-PUBLISHING AMBITIONS ARE ON-TRACK

Liverpool - 14th April, 2015: Award winning indie developer and publisher Playrise Digital today announced a new support funding program from Creative England which will help to fund development of ‘Table Top Racing: World Tour’. ‘TTR: World Tour’ is now expected to screech onto gamers TV's in Q4 2015 with PlayStation®4 being the initial launch platform.

"We’re very grateful to be a one of the companies selected by Creative England to be granted further funding.” commented Nick Burcombe, CEO Playrise Digital. “Creative England’s funding assistance will help Playrise remain an independent developer and publisher of our own games as we transition from a mobile developer to a fully-fledged cross-platform developer. We now have everything we need to self-publish 'TTR: World Tour' on a wide range of platforms and we’re excited to be able to move full steam ahead to launch on PlayStation®4 in Q4.

Jim Farmery, Director of Regional Partnerships at Creative England, said: “Playrise is a great example of an indie developer that has embraced the world of mobile gaming, and now sees the potential in expanding across multiple platforms. They are a very talented team, and I look forward to following the progress of TTR: World Tour.
